“First time trying Anthony’s. I must say amazing experience all around. The girl at the front register was so nice, the sandwich making guy in the back(who I thought was Anthony himself but I didn’t know) good personality. The inside looks spotless, great decor, and felt very cool inside.I got one of Thursday specials which is the Porchetta with the crispy skin! It comes with broccoli rabe and fresh smoked mozzarella. I must say this might be the best pork sandwich I’ve ever eaten.Great crunch to the skin, very flavorful, the broccoli rabe is a great complement and the mozz is also a great addition. Best sandwich on Staten Island.We also tried the rice ball with and without meat, and the potato croquettes. Might be best on the island. So fresh!!I can’t wait to go back to try the others(except Thursday because Thursdays you know what I’m getting!!!)Anthony you out did yourself!!My score10 out of 10“
“A deli with an extensive menu. The sandwiches are stuffed and delicious. I coild only eat half of my chicken cordon blue. The mushroom soup was fantastic. There's seat yourself seating, and the place was doing nonstop takeout when we were there for lunch. Definitely going back!“
“Have lived in NJ for almost 25 years. This is by far THE BEST pork roll egg and cheese I have had in the state. The way Johnny assembles this sandwich is perfection. Every bite you take from one of his sandwiches literally gets better as you are finishing it. From the fresh rolls, and freshly sliced pork roll to a perfectly cooked egg with just the right amount of cheese and SPK to hold it together. I can literally say as I took a bite from this sandwich my exact words were “WOW”. I’ll be coming at least once a week from Belmar just to get my fix. Keep killing it Johnny this place is awesome!“
“Food was super fresh and healthy. I ordered a sabich sandwich, a house salad and a cappuccino. The sabich was amazing. For the salad I would request the dressing on the side next time because they put on too much dressing (was delicious anyway). I totally appreciated the 1970 decore. Everything was delicious with a homemade touch. I usually leave restaurants feeling sick because the food is so processed but not here, I left feeling amazing :)“

“Stopped by for lunch. It's cool that they've partnered the sandwich shop with a pizzeria. Lots of great choices. The sandwich list featured around 20 choices that I would try. I selected a sandwich that I first tried in Philly, roast pork, broccoli rabe, and provolone. They had 7 and 14 inch options, 7 was plenty. Great bread with flavorful pork, broccoli rabe and melted cheese. Absolutely delicious. Pizza looked good also, some creative slices, will have to try that next time!“

“After ordering and having my sandwich fully made I realize I’d forgotten my wallet. After checking my points, I didn’t have enough to cover it so the manager offered to pay for the sandwich on his own rather than having to go all the way back home to grab my wallet. A great gesture on his part! I took their number and called him with my credit card once I got home.“
