Around 5PM, I came to this BR to get ice cream and witnessed a rude customer SCREAMING at the young woman behind the plastic/glass screen, "I WANT TWO SCOOPS OF ICE CREAM". It was so loud, I got scared. He came with his father(?) who tried to stop him from causing such a scene. With masks on and a screen, we should all be understanding of the muffle. It doesn't hurt to repeat a few times until the worker heard you. He then continued to ask if she was deaf. Extremely inappropriate...read full review
