Good overall 7/10 The fish was thin and fried too hard. The Mac and cheese was 8/10, really good and tasteful but it can have more cheese mixed inside. The fries were 6/10, soggy by the time the entire order was finished. The collard greens were 6/10, spicy and can use more flavor . The location is perfect and they have seating inside and outside
This is a takeaway or basic dining joint. It is the opposite of fancy dining, or romantic atmosphere, but here the emphasis is on the food, its freshness, and how it is prepared. This is what this place excels in. If you crave fish and chips, you won't be disappointed. The service was friendly and casual.

Absolutely amazing shrimp, grits, and collards! I miss the Southern comfort food since moving back to the N.east coast and these guys know exactly what they are doing! They make to order, so be prepared to wait a little bit (call a head of time) and you'll be all set! Sidenote, they offer outdoor and indoor eating but its more of a takeout place.
