Truck driver review: I ordered at 4:00 pm and received my food in 20 minute, so that was great! I was loading at the BMW yard in jersey city. They are familiar with the yard. The beef lo mein was pretty good. Would of given the 5 stars if my shrimp roll had more than 2 shrimps in it.. other than that. Pretty good experience ordering from golden city
I enjoy trying out different Chinese food places. I recently tried Golden City and it was very good. I ordered some of my favorites, including the general tso chicken, beef lo mein, and egg rolls. Obviously some white rice too, as you cant eat Chinese food without some rice. My favorite was the general tso chicken. It was cooked perfectly, and seasoned well. The best take-out joint Chinese food joint Ive found in the area. Any "vegetable and..." dish you order will be satisfying. Dumplings, pork lo mein, ribs are also a pleaser. Definitely my family's go to for take out in Bayonne. Only downside is cash only.
