Went here on a Saturday evening. Really disappointed by the Italian ice- the lemon did not taste like anything and the cherry was so watered down. I wish I had tasted it before getting in the car. My fiancé got the custard Oreo milkshake and that was delicious. The people working behind the counter were friendly and the place was clean but wouldn't recommend their Italian ice (which you think they would have nailed).
I scream!Right on the border of Jersey City and Bayonne Rita's is serving up Italian Ices. Located in the strip mall are several stores like Wonder Bagel, a dollar store and a filipino grocery. Spacious parking lot for all to park.Rita's also shares there space with Chester Chicken.Rita's has been a favorite since they started popping up in New Jersey years ago. The servers were very nice and patient as I tried to figure out what flavor to get. They had no problem helping me use the coupon on the app and the vanilla custard tasted sooo fresh, really hit the spot!
