For our annual trip to LBI, we decided to hit as many of the "hot spots" for ice cream as we could. While not our favorite, Brain Freeze was very good. The strawberry cheesecake was "just okay". The salted caramel pretzel and the moose tracks were also very good.
Wow! After walking by here many times we finally stopped & so HAPPY we did! The Cookie Skillet was out of this world, like one of the best ice cream experiences of my life.. and I've had a lot of ice cream. A warm soft chocolate chip cookie I chose to top it with soft serve twist, marshmallow and Reece's Pieces, just WOW. Friendly service, look forward to trying the S'more sundae. And really reasonable prices.

Tried this place after a terrible dinner experience at a local restaurant down the street. What a delight it was to be greeted by smiling faces after the service we put up with for dinner for close to 2 hours. Oh, and the ice cream was DELICIOUS! Great ending to our chowder fest weekend and season on LBI! Will for sure be back next season and seasons to come with the grandkids!
