There is nothing better then Kohrs ice cream! Had my favorite orange and vanilla cone! ? One of my all time favorite, so creamy and great on a hot day. Store is very clean, just needs another table or 2 to sit on the little balcony overlooking the main road, especially if you have little kids and can't walk and eat!
Really the best on the island. Remember it’s frozen custard people. So when you say it’s a little runny, it has a different consistency than ice-cream. Try the PEANUT BUTTER swirl. Oh my goodness so good!!

There seems to be about a hundred places to get ice cream on LBI, but every year we come back to Kohr Bros for our annual pilgrimage. I can't say much more than has already been said, but one things for sure...we'll be back next summer and I'll get the same exact thing...an orange and vanilla twist with chocolate sprinkles.
