Our 2nd visit to the restaurant. Giving atmosphere with a line in the parking lot as well as the entryway. Today we tried: pancakes with a side if sliced banana, eggs Benedict with home fries and coffee. Their pancakes are so fluffy and tasty.eggs Benedict was good. The restaurant creates very extravagant dishes and shakes- not for the weary.
The Brownstone Pancake Factory is unquestionably “the premier pancake/breakfast diner” and one in which my wife and I highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine. Had the breakfast combo and added the Home Fried Potatoes. The bacon was in abundance, eggs were fried perfectly and pancakes were perfect. The portions were filling. I'm coming back for the Pancakes and Ice Cream.
