Jan 21st 2024 This place has went down hill so bad ! I used to work there years over a decade ago & it was an amazing restaurant. They try to blame it on being short staffed but I've been applying over & over again for 2 years now & I had one crew mate say they aren't hiring but the outside of the building says you are! Now this place is a joke! The last 4 times I've been there they have completely messed my order up where I had to come back once & on two occasions 2 times because they still couldn't get my order right & they didn't offer coupons or anything for my inconvenience. Helck today they gave me someone else's order & when I took the food back in they threw the food away right in front of me & remade my order while I waited & I checked it before I left ,then when I got home the opened my pintos & cheese and it was potatoes!!!!I as much as they have ripped me off here. They should have made it right. Every time I order the 2 chalupa combo that comes with two chalupas & one taco they always forget my crunchy taco , I always check my order since I've made it home too many times and they shorted me my taco. I haven't seen the manager I worked under in a over a year so I'm assuming she doesn't manage the place anymore because she would not let this happen. She managed it size 85 so maybe she retired but I refuse to eat at this location again. I'll eat at the one in Alton way better service & when they messed my order up & I had to come back they gave me a bunch of coupons that give you one free taco with your purchase. I'm tired of losing money & getting ripped of at this location & when you tell them they made a mistake they are rude & confrontational. They act like the customer is trying to run game on them when in reality they're service is really terrible. Nothing worst than not getting what you ordered & being treated like your the scammer!!! This location has more one star reviews & like a couple good reviews I don't understand how they maintain a 3.6 rating ,seems like it should be lower. Well if they don't do something soon they end up closed cuz no one wants to waste $! And fix your kiosk so it has the same item menu as your drive thru! So silly!

At January 4,2024 around 10:00 pm I went to pick up an order that I placed through the Taco Bell app and it indicated that it was already prepared. After waiting more than 20 minutes, this male employee told me that they did not have the order. I show him my order # and he tells me that he can't do anything and I ask him about my money and he tells me that it is my problem to resolve with the bank. He was very rude and had no intention of helping the customer when it was not my fault. I lost 30 dollars and I I don’t get my food and now I have to resolve with my the bank. This taco bell is not the first time that it has such rude employees that is why they have such a low rating.

Went in hoping for a chalupa and got rudely told that it was "drive-thru only" (no sign indicating otherwise) after walking there for more than 10 minutes. Tried to speak to the worker that I didn't have a car to drive (in the drive-thru) and had the door slammed in my face. What was I supposed to do? Walk through the drive-thru?Needless to say, I went home chalupa-less and disappointed.Otherwise, I come here a lot and everything is okay.

This is Avikam. One lady employee who is wearing glasses and extremely rude and not sane and moral and ethical and sympathetic and empathetic and compassionate and nice and kind and loving etc etc etc and emotionally and mentally strong and mature and pure to interact with me. She said hi and then I said do you work here and she said no English and went behind the counter first on the cash register and then behind the scenes preparing food.The staff have no values or sanskars and morality and ethicalness and niceness deceiving me and lying to me. Like the example of this lady pretending she does not know English and going behind the counters. I will go to some other Taco Bell and eat. Or eat somewhere. I had seen things like this on movies and television but never thought I will see it in real life that a lady will lie and pretend that she doesnjot speak English and go work behind the counters in front of me. And thanks to that stress and agitation I spilled some food and a little bit of waste of food and money.

I have been here 4 times and each time I say “maybe it’s just this time”, but every time I go back, it’s the same bad experience. Whether you order at the counter of on the app, you wait no less than 20 minutes for food. When you ask why it is taking so long, they just look at you. Very poorly managed location and I will not return.
