“Changing my review because it technically wasn't fair. The decor was very pretty. The waitress was nice and my husband enjoyed his pasta even though it was not as described on the menu. My eggplant was not done well and my lack of finishing it should have raised concern with the waitress. Overall it was a pleasant atmosphere and the wine list was extensive.”

“First time coming here and this place is amazing. I got the Pad thai and its perfectly made- excellent seasoning, and well made for the price of $13. I wish the portion sizes were larger, but I've been looking for a thai place near Berkeley and finally this one will be my go to. Skip the "Proud thai cookery" and come here, this is way better and really does taste like family cooked dish at an unbeatable price. Will definitely be back!”

“I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday.She made a reservation for a large round table by the window.When I arrived, I noticed they have two entrances in the front. The door on the right leads to the DiMaio’s Pizzeria section.This is where you can place an order for Pizza, Stromboli, Calzones, Hot and Cold Subs,Pasta Dishes and more for take out only.The door on the left leads to the actual restaurant where you can sit down and be served. This is a BYOB which I love.I was immediately greeted by an our server I believe her name is Paola. She was very friendly and attentive. DiMaio’s has a good amount of tables for dining in.The restaurant itself has a casual, subtle and warm vibe. I found it very relaxing. This place is family friendly, and Wheelchair Friendly. They can also accommodate vegetarians.When you arrive there’s a few spots in the front, 2 handicapped spots, and a few regular spots with remaining parking in the back around the side of building.This restaurant has been around for at least 45 years. It’s has been a staple in the Berkeley Ht’s area.For starters some of us chose their Tomato, Cucumber, and Feta Salad. The rest chose their House Salad with shaved Parmesan on it. Both salads were very good. Hot Rolls with Butter were also put on the table.For my Entree I chose their Rigatoni and Chicken Alla Serafino-Sundried tomato, broccoli, mushrooms, peas. It had a light flavor and subtle components.One of my friends chose their Chicken Valdostana- it was served with mushrooms, prosciutto & Asiago cheese. My friend ate every morsel.Another friend chose for her Entree Chicken Marsala-mushrooms and Marsala wine, she enjoyed it.Another friend chose for her Entree Seafood Marinara-shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and calamari. Again, everyone enjoyed their meal. The food is good here. We found for the area the food was pricey. Their chicken Francese was $29. The Seafood Marinara was $39. The other thing I found interesting was there was a charge to serve our own birthday cake. $2 per person.We decided to let the birthday girl take it home and enjoy it with her family. We just ordered desserts we picked off their tray. They were delicious , but for the price they were small portions which ranged between $11-$13 apiece. That’s definitely pricey for dessert.They do catering and parties here. I’ve had their pizza, and it’s decent too. They make a good Grandma Pie.Vegetarian options: They do have offer vegetarian optionsParking: They have several handicapped spots in front along with a few regular spots. If full they have parking around the back of the buildingKid-friendliness: Kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spots out front and they’re located on the first floor. I believe you could get a wheelchair in this restaurant.”

“I met the owner at the BH location tonight. Super nice guy and his staff is great. He owns a location in Madison as well. All the food we got togo was great. The tenders were a 4 of 5. Ribs 4 of 5. The mac & cheese was awesome. Sweet potatoes mashed were sweet. Stuffing was amazing. She said her mild crispy chicken sandwich was very good. All the sides looked super fresh. It's like a cross between Nandos and a Boston Market. I'll be back.”

“Hats off to the chef. The food was amazing and is hands down the best in the area! Been passing bye for way too long and happy to have found this gem. Everything we ordered was delicious. Chicken parm with vodka sauce was out of bounds. The shrimp parm great, the lemon sole oreganata was perfect and going to order next time. And I never eat fish. Enjoy.”

“In the decade I've known my husband, who grew in Mountainside and is a frequent visitor to Goodman's, he only JUST took me to try their incredible sloppy joe corned beef sandwich. I was offended he waited this long. WOW. It was worth the $18 to make it "lean" because corned beef can be fatty and these sandwiches can be heavy. This was absolutely perfect - I love the half sour & sour combo of pickles they give you on the side. Can't wait to be back!”

“Close to my work place having great lunch menu prices for varieties of veg non veg.This is best place to go to. Even for dinner they have so many options. And its all amazing.Always my go to place. “Love having a Korean spot in Berkeley Heights. It is a good place if you have a craving for Korean during the week. Mrs Park is super friendly and treats my daughter like her own. I like the kimchi stew and tofu stews. The chicken wings are also stellar.”

“Small sub shop with a huge selection. A couple of inside tables and three outside tables in a little side patio. It’s next to a busy road and parking is on the road side. But just about all the locals go there. Only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is because of lack of parking. Food has always been top notch.”
