The best bagel in the area for sure. My in-laws owned a bagel store in NYC and they love the bagels here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a pain on Springfield but it is worth the hassle for a great bagel.
We love Craft Bagel! That said, every third or so time we order, there are errors. For example, today I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a roll. It was made on a bagel. We asked for pepper and ketchup on two of our sandwiches. Neither sandwich had pepper nor ketchup. The mistakes happen often enough that I am leaving this comment in the hopes that they will pay better attention to order details going forward.

The very best bagels in the area. Large, fluffy, soft and delicious. I can eat them all day. I order online and my order is always ready to grab and go. The sandwhiches and breakfasts are also great. I drive from 2 towns over for these.
