I kid you not, I live in PA, and I make the 1.5 hour drive JUST to come to this bakery. Like, it’s THAT good. Born and raised in Uruguay it’s impossible to find good bizcochos anywhere- but they have like, everything here!! You want chajá? Pan con grasa? Rosca? You got it. And the little pastries in the window are insane, like I could eat them forever. I know there’s some other bakeries out in Jersey that got bizcochos, but TRUST it’s not like this one, this one is too good (like, really, the best, and they don’t go crazy with the prices). I buy two dozens to bring back to PA everytime i’m there. And they got some FIRE pascualina. Idk who the chef is but love you.

This is Uruguayan bakery. Pastries, breads all baked fresh and served by friendly staff. Let’s call this place “rustic” with walls filled with memorabilia from soccer, the owner’s family and Uruguay. It felt really welcoming and I really liked this place. I’ll be back.

The best place for all Argentinian food. If you’re not eating here you’re missing out on a great experience.

In fact, I gave 2 stars just to ask if it is worth traveling an hour to buy because I see many negative opinions but there are also some positive ones. Do you recommend it or not?

Great pastries. The beef empanadas are okish. They need more seasoning.

I would give this place zero stars but that's not possible, so I gave it one. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches for a party, and they only had cheese. The bread tasted old. What a waste of money. I was very disappointed because no one liked the food at the party. I told everyone not to go this place. One of my friends told me he came here, and that he had the same experience. This place is horrible.

I appreciate the manager or owner because when I am there she always speaks to me.

Butter cookies melt in your mouth. Pretty good coffee and hot chocolate!

First timer here, stopped with my 12 year olds on our way to school, 2 spinach empanadas and a muffin. Everything was good. Can't wait to come back and try the alfajores and dulce de leches cake.

Amazing beef empanadas. Can't wait to go back with an excuse to get the Chaja, looks so good.
