“I have been to Bistro Taino several times including for a special birthday dinner and it never disappoints. Tonight I went with some coworkers and as always everything was so good. We shared the crabmeat empanadas and each had the bifongo as entrees with chicken, steak, and seafood. We also shared the coconut tembleque for dessert. Special shout out to our server, Arianni, she was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and personable. Great service, food and ambiance, can’t ask for more. Thank you Bistro Taino for always making it a great experience.”

“Wow, Karla Jimenez cake was the best decision for our baby shower. The cake was an absolute dream especially for the photos. The pineapple cake was moist and delicious - many of our guests never had Dominican cake before and was wow’d by the flavors. Responsive and punctual. Coming back for all our future cake needs”

“I can only tell u about the Bergenfield location, but i've enjoyed many breakfast sandwiches and entrees. I expected the pernil to be good, but I've had chicken dishes,fish dishes and desserts that were all very good. Plus the people who work here are very friendly and inviting. In my opinion,It's an undiscovered gem.”

Parking: Parking can sometimes be difficult because of the Italian restaurant customers taking up the specified chinese restaurant spaces.”

“This has been our go to spot since we discovered it about three years ago. It is a family owned and operated establishment. It’s got that great in town vibe. Many regulars frequent. There is a large outdoor eating area if you don’t want to eat indoors. What’s nice about their outdoor space is that it isn’t just tables thrown on the sidewalk, they actually have a patio that is not visible to traffic. Which is very nice. The portions are large and delicious. Always cooked to order and piping hot. It is a bring your own, but if you bring a bottle of tequila, vodka, or rum they will provide the mixer which is kind of cool. So you can have your frozen margaritas at a fraction of the cost. I strongly recommend you at least try this cozy in town friendly establishment.”

He made such an impression to his golden smile, his positive down-to-earth demeanor, his outstanding communication made you feel like he was not only your server/bartender but also your best friend, your therapist, and a loving Father/ and or brother relative however. Brian puts the cozy in the Cozy Tavern with his exceptional sevice and warm gentle personality that would make any atmosphere feel cozy and make anyone feel at home. All to cheers to Brian ?”

“I've been ordering pizza from all over the surrounding towns for 15 years and I have to say Papa's makes damn good pizza. The dough is better than a lot of the more expensive premium places and the quality is consistent. The prices are also excellent. Really no frills great pizza at great prices. You can't go wrong with this spot.”

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.”

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.”
