“I have been to Bistro Taino several times including for a special birthday dinner and it never disappoints. Tonight I went with some coworkers and as always everything was so good. We shared the crabmeat empanadas and each had the bifongo as entrees with chicken, steak, and seafood. We also shared the coconut tembleque for dessert. Special shout out to our server, Arianni, she was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and personable. Great service, food and ambiance, can’t ask for more. Thank you Bistro Taino for always making it a great experience.”

“Wow, Karla Jimenez cake was the best decision for our baby shower. The cake was an absolute dream especially for the photos. The pineapple cake was moist and delicious - many of our guests never had Dominican cake before and was wow’d by the flavors. Responsive and punctual. Coming back for all our future cake needs”

I expected the pernil to be good, but I've had chicken dishes,fish dishes and desserts that were all very good. Plus the people who work here are very friendly and inviting. “I must say I don't write much reviews on bars and the such but this one here my goodness I just had to because of the exceptional service and good natured and hospitable nature of the Bartender there by the name of Brian. He made such an impression to his golden smile, his positive down-to-earth demeanor, his outstanding communication made you feel like he was not only your server/bartender but also your best friend, your therapist, and a loving Father/ and or brother relative however. Brian puts the cozy in the Cozy Tavern with his exceptional sevice and warm gentle personality that would make any atmosphere feel cozy and make anyone feel at home. All to cheers to Brian ?”

“This has been our go to spot since we discovered it about three years ago. It is a family owned and operated establishment. It’s got that great in town vibe. Many regulars frequent. There is a large outdoor eating area if you don’t want to eat indoors. What’s nice about their outdoor space is that it isn’t just tables thrown on the sidewalk, they actually have a patio that is not visible to traffic. Which is very nice. The portions are large and delicious. Always cooked to order and piping hot. It is a bring your own, but if you bring a bottle of tequila, vodka, or rum they will provide the mixer which is kind of cool. So you can have your frozen margaritas at a fraction of the cost. I strongly recommend you at least try this cozy in town friendly establishment.”

Parking: Parking can sometimes be difficult because of the Italian restaurant customers taking up the specified chinese restaurant spaces.”

The dough is better than a lot of the more expensive premium places and the quality is consistent. The prices are also excellent. Really no frills great pizza at great prices.
