tonight I was in the store listening to a tall blonde woman who looked like the manager, give a hefty attitude towards basically everyone else there. 7:15 pm on a Friday night and it’s not too busy. she needs a major attitude check because the way she was treating those employees is horrible.

I'm not sure why I continue to give this location a shot. It's conveniently placed on my route home from work everyday but I will deliberately go out of my way to hit a different location because this one is so terrible. I have never had an order at this location done correctly. It takes twice as long to get through the drive-thru as any other fast food location I've been to including other Burger Kings so I'm not sure what the disconnect is and how one location can be so bad so consistently for so long. I would leave negative stars if I could. You know if I'm going to wait in line longer than usual I at least expect my food to be fresh and exactly what I ordered, but instead you sit there for twice as long and then you don't even get the right order at the end nor is it prepared properly. Burger King corporate should really take a look at this location.

Went to order food on a Saturday night after waiting in line with multiple cars. Once you reach the drive thru speaker we are told that they close at midnight now, after the automated greeting. It’s not updated on google or BK app, restaurants lights, sign, drive thru are still on, and BK app still accepting orders. In my option this unprofessional. As a manger I’ve always updated my hours of operation on google weeks before they become active to give customers time to become acclimated to the change. Additionally putting up signage of new operational hours for customers to see. There was no signage as I drove around the building.

Did an online order , paid through the app and they forget the cheese on the cheeseburger that I ordered. I guess reading an order tag is to hard for them. Employee's are not people friendly.

I would rate this 0 stars. Terrible management, my cousins worked here and the employees made her do tasks and laugh at her, she was harassed to the point of crying and quitting.
I'm was very impressed with the level of service. Food came out fast and was surprised with the quality. It was super hot, crispy and fresh.

Employees are thieves, used drive thru on Wednesday 6/7 around 2 pm. The girl who was running the drive thru not only didn’t give me my card back but I know have 2 charges on my account from Walmart.
