Andre's Wine Bar & Grill offers decent food with great portions. The pizza was a nice surprise, while the chicken parm, although not traditional, was not bad. The mussels in white sauce were just okay. The service at the bar was excellent, with quick and kind staff. Some dishes like the mussels and pasta were average, but overall better than other options in town. Special mention to the incredible server Allie, who ensured a top-notch dining experience.
