Everytime we order food here there is always a mistake. My last visit was horrible, whomever was taking orders at the drive was yelled at me for no apparent reason. I'm never going to this BK again I'll just go to the other one 10 minutes away.

We ordered two Whopper meal with cheese we paid extra . They didn't add the cheese plus my husband asked on his no pickles and onions. So my husband explains this the manager. She comes back with the two burgers and still wasn't corrected right at all. So we had to ask again for it to be fixed. Finally they fixed it after the second complaint.
