I would give 0 stars if I could. They got my order wrong the first time and I witnessed at least 4 customers demand a refund for their long wait. It took them 45 minutes to give me my double whopper with cheese meal. Place is severely understaffed and underperforming if they're giving out all these refunds. They need to either close the inside or drive thru and focus on one side if they're going to only have 4 people in their kitchen and none of them being a manager. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. Corporate either needs to fix the service problem here or shut this place down and reopen the one in Mt. Holly

Rio grande BK. Is in need of better quality when you ask for hot food you get like warm if that. The attitude towards what you want is just as bad which will eventually put this place out of business ? they need an overhaul of the procedure and attitude of the store. The food is nit to standard at all. ..Kid-friendliness: Don't go here period..Wheelchair accessibility: Go to McDonald's 5 minutes away better quality temperature and friendly atmosphere.

We ordered two Whopper meal with cheese we paid extra . They didn't add the cheese plus my husband asked on his no pickles and onions. So my husband explains this the manager. She comes back with the two burgers and still wasn't corrected right at all. So we had to ask again for it to be fixed. Finally they fixed it after the second complaint.

Pretty slow service, not one single napkin in the bag

My recent visit to Burger King was an absolute disappointment. My friends and I decided to dine in at the restaurant, but our patience was tested beyond limits. We waited for a whole hour and still didn't receive our food. To add insult to injury, the drive-through customers seemed to be served much faster, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.Moreover, the restaurant's lack of proper ventilation made the entire experience unbearable. It was sweltering hot inside, and combined with the long wait, our mood went from hungry to uncomfortable.Sadly, I cannot recommend this particular Burger King location based on my recent visit. The service was slow and biased, and the uncomfortable ambiance only added to our dissatisfaction. I hope the management takes note of these issues and improves the overall dining experience for future customers.

I had gone to this restaurant after a day shopping to order some food. Once I got home and opened my food, I realize that there was mold all over the bun. I then called the store to speak with a so-called manager, and he had promised me that the money for my entire order was refunded to my card, and I would see it within five days. fast forward a week and a half later and I still have no refund. I have called the store on multiple occasions spoke to two different women who both claim to be managers. ( not sure how many managers one store can have ). The one woman would not listen to my story at all, and kept insisting that I come into the store to get more food. Then she thought I was telling her. I left my car there too, which I told her you are not listening to anything I’m saying. She told me she needed to speak with her boss and then get back to me. I did not hear anything so now I call back today I’m speaking with another woman who also claims to be a manager after I told her my entire situation she also did not listen to me and kept insisting that I come to the store. I got very stern and told her I do not want to return to your store I do not want more food. I just simply want my money back that I was promised over a week ago. Once I said that she said she was sorry and hung up on me after she hung up on me I called an attempted to speak with her two more times both times I was not answered .I now had to go to Burger King corporate to make a report as well as settle this dispute with my bank since this store clearly does not want to help me. I told them all that I really did not want to make a review and I really do not want to post pictures but honestly they forced me with no other choice. Please save your sanity and do not visit the store. They are very unclean, unsanitary, and do not care about our health. Please see pictures below.
