“I just had a great experience at this Burger King. I went there to use my rewards on a single hamburger, I got hungry waiting while my mother shopped. The wait was a little longer than expected for Burger King. ( I always expect a little wait as their food is always fresh). Once the manager realized I was waiting for a Burger that was already made she added in the bag a free fry. That is what I call exceptional customer service!“
