Decided at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon to try a cake from Bloom for my daughter's impromptu birthday celebration. The only cake left was a pricey Napoleon cake, which, ordinarily, would not have been my first choice, so I almost turned around and left. I am so glad that I purchased that cake, which was packed with great care by the shop's helpful employee. Favorite bakery in the area!!! Pistachio eclairs are the ABSOLUTE BEST (all of their eclairs are amazing/easily the best you can find locally-I am big into eclairs and have yet to find any others that even remotely come close). My new favorite place! I got their berries and cream cake a few weeks ago and was so impressed. It’s perfectly balanced - not too sweet which is perfect for my palate. I stopped in again today and all the items I got were amazing!!Everyone should definitely try out this place. Excellent customer service! Great experience all around. I highly recommend!
