I call and ordered something but I got my order messed up and I told the employee that but they wouldn't let me order saying "it was already made" after 2 minutes after calling back but any other time it would take 40 minutes to be done and even after I apologize for that they still wouldnt serve me after i tried to change it to something similar to my order and then they hung up on me
I'm an loyal customer and order from this store.....well I did before tonight..almost every week for a Friday family treat. This Friday was the worst by far service I have ever had!!! Who ever the manager was in the store tonight showed no type of customer service and refused to refund me my money back on an order that was messed up twice, even when I told him I'm 8 months preg and this was my dinner for the night!!! I have sent my information to corporate and hope they do something...read full review
