I call and ordered something but I got my order messed up and I told the employee that but they wouldn't let me order saying "it was already made" after 2 minutes after calling back but any other time it would take 40 minutes to be done and even after I apologize for that they still wouldnt serve me after i tried to change it to something similar to my order and then they hung up on me

I'm an loyal customer and order from this store.....well I did before tonight..almost every week for a Friday family treat. This Friday was the worst by far service I have ever had!!! Who ever the manager was in the store tonight showed no type of customer service and refused to refund me my money back on an order that was messed up twice, even when I told him I'm 8 months preg and this was my dinner for the night!!! I have sent my information to corporate and hope they do something about this manager!! Oh did I mention he hung up on me twice! Besides that the other staff was very helpful and from what my family says their food was good! But I won't be ordering from this store EVER again! Shame how one person can mess up a very loyal customer!!!

I ORDERED 2 cheese pizzas @6.99 for 2 or more on the phone which totaled 12.70+, when i go to pikup there's only one employee in there with his earbuds on throwing boxes on the floor i stood there almost 5mins until i started saying EXCUSE ME and he turned around and put his pointer finger up like "wait" so when he finally came to the counter i told him i ordered the 2 cheese pizzas at 6.99 and he puts one box on the counter, i told him i ordered 2 and he just kept saying it's 12.70+ for the one. So i said well can you make me another one and i'll wait and he said yea but it'll be $12.70+ for that one, this went on for several mins until i just grabbed my $20 bill and left the store!!! RUDE employee & TERRIBLE service!! Smh

Honestly the worse dominos ever I don’t recommend at all. My food took 2 hours to get here and I’m not exaggerating it is currently 8:32. I placed my order at 6:30. My food also arrived very cold. I won’t be ordering from here again worse experience!

Never again , i rather buy a frozen pizza from walmart then to spend my money at dominos, you know why? Everytime i order from dominos my food..... as a weird galactic joke from the universe my food its always burned...cheese always burned coming out the sides tasting like burned rubber. DONT WASTE YOUR GOOD EARN MONEY AT THIS DOMINOS.

My experience was horrible. My pizza was overcooked my tater tots with Burnt to a Chrisp, and when I called to complain, the manager By the name of Mark told me that's how they come the cheddar is burnt! I didn't necessarily want them to make me new tater tots but I would have loved an apology! He could have just said sorry and what could he do to make it right instead he wanted me to believe that that's how Domino's serves their food Burns and black I give them no stars out of five thank you Domino's Camden for nothing my food is burnt and now I'm calling Papa John's thanks for robbing me of $25 without a gun for nothing. I advise if anyone wants to enjoy a meal do not call Domino's Camden

I worked at this Dominos. I was instructed by my lawyer not to go public, but that lawyer and I have parted ways and I felt it was necessary to let the public know that while working here I was called a ni**er, a monkey by my manager. They accepted money from other employees to have me do their work not knowing what was happening I did it. This was the worst job experience of my life. It left me broken and humiliated, When I finally spoke up for myself, I was fired. but nobody seems to want to help me with this. but I will not give up. ARIMNIGO

Was in town for the Taylor Swift show. Friday 5/12/23 around 10:20am my daughter and I ordered a pizza for delivery to our hotel while we got ready. The tracker for over 30 minutes said the pizza was being prepped. I called the store directly around 11:00 and was informed someone was just getting there and they would begin to make the pizza. We went down to the lobby and grabbed PBJ Uncrustables because we were hungry and the pizza still said prepping. I called again around 11:30 and it was still being prepped so I asked them to cancel it because we had to leave within 30 minutes. I was very disappointed and so was my daughter. Do not recommend this location, especially if you are from out of town visiting the area and looking for a pizza before going out. I also missed the window to file a complaint with Dominos for a refund so Im out the $39 pizza order on top of the $20+ we spent getting food in the hotel lobby.
