“The mac and cheese was pretty good here, and the portion size was quite large considering this was a $5 side. Ate here pretty late at night, but the food came out very quickly. Shoutout to Hadisha (server), who provided exceptional service, very fast and great energy. The place was crowded even then, lively and a retro 80s vibe. Perfect place to take your friend after a breakup so he can eat his feelings. Only complaint is that the mac and cheese sauce was a little watery (enough that this is really more of a 4.5/5 than a 5/5) (maybe because they usually add fried chicken to it that soaks up excess moisture?), so be aware of that if you favor gloppy mac and cheese.“
“This chicken is absurdly good. As a latino, it strikes a great balance between home-cooked taste, but with the consistency of a fast food chain. It's EXPENSIVE. Only go there to treat yourself or if your wallet allows. In general, the bowl is the best value. The price of 2 pieces and a side is robbery, but damn it's good. Empanadas are better than most but not as authentic. Chicken is great, and the sweet plantains are legit. When dining in, I feel you get the best experience with their real plates and diner/restaurant-style service.“

“I finally was able to stop by and checkout this chicken spot on 22…The food was good sauces mix well with the chicken and fries…However the service was top tier! One of the workers by the name of Destin helped me along the way I forgot the sauces he recommended but I mixed them up and it turned out to be the perfect blend I was looking for. So any first timers I highly recommend to ask for Destin clearly his palate is there! Inside the restaurant made me laidback I guess because of the wall art…I’ll definitely will be returning soon.“

We ordered 2 lamb gyros with fries, a spinach roll & a sweet potato pie and WOW was it good & very filling! “I only get the fish from here which is Amazing and there pretty large pieces, they can be pretty salty but it’s good. I tried the tilapia before and it was also good because they ran out of whiting but prices are quite high just for 2 prices of fish. My family often gets the chicken and seems to like it.“

“This is the only place I Will always get my Pollo la brasa. There's is no place in Jersey that will they seasoned the chicken exactly the same as they do in Perú. I have tried many chick spot for the pollo la brasa and there's no one I like expect this place. The sauces for the chicken is home made exactly how it supposed to be made and the fries are fresh cut. I would drive almost 2 hours just to eat chicken at this place.“

“The burger tasted like if it'd plant base. For it to be called burger express should have better beef patties my opinion. But the wings was yummy & cheese fries just needed some salt. But I'll go again just know now what to order for next time.“
