Omg! The desserts are so delicious! I got a cake for a party I was going to with 3 other ppl and it was just the right amount, I also got myself a small side of the Mille feuille delicious. It was a lot crunchier than I anticipated but the cream wasn't too sweet. The coffee was good too. I came around 2:30 right before they closed so they didn't have too many options. Want to try them again.
Best Eclairs in town, in New Jersey, in USA and yes I will say it, in the world. Only negative is that like pokemon you can't get them all ( always sold out ). Look out for the coffee eclair with that "single" coffee bean on it. Cant say more but if you are lucky enough to spot on while you are there, GET IT! Photo attached is of the chocolate Eclair!

Freud de Sel is an amazingly dangerous bakery to my waistline and wallet. When I go in, I can’t resist the call of those tantalizing pastries and desserts. Everything that I’ve tried has been wonderful. Their baguette is perfection. All the desserts are works of art. Love that we have such an authentic French bakery in Chatham. Glad it is a bit of a drive from my house to keep me out of trouble. lol.
