“Small hometown deli. Fresh sandwiches made to order in a neat clean atmosphere. There is a dine in area but I picked up to take out. Friendly attentive staff. Outside patio as well for the warmer weather.”
“Tokyo Sushi is a solid sushi spot in the neighborhood! We ordered two party platters here for a family gathering and I was impressed with how fresh and well-prepared the rolls were. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze - the woman on the line guided us to select a number of rolls and sashimi and even gave us a few recommendations that ended up being solid picks. There was a wait of around forty minutes for our platters, but the resulting dishes were gorgeous, and most importantly, tasty. The folks here are as nice as can be and while we placed a to-go order, it seems like a postprandial froyo might be a great perk of dining in. As an added plus, there is a sweet $30 discount that is applied to all orders above $150, which is a fantastic deal if you're placing a large order.”
“We’ve been repeat customers since they opened. Best crispy chicken sandwich around (you can go naked or hot). Huge fan of spicy maple wings and Dhamaka fries. Don’t forget to order a couple extra tenders as a side.”
“The best desi style chai I have had in NJ outside of what you make at home. We also loved the authentic omelette & paratha with the pickles and finished off with the delicious gulab jamun cake.”
“Great atmosphere, awesome brews! So happy they had a sour on tap for my wife and I really dug the ipa I had. Appreciate that they also had a good truck to help out with the nomnoms. Additionally the chips and salsa they carried in house were bussin.”
“I read the reviews online and went there based on their ratings. I was expecting a nice little sit down restaurant but this is actually more of a takeout place. They do have a few tables so we did eat in there. The food was fresh. I wasn't thrilled with the flavors. I got fish tacos and really the only thing I could taste was the cabbage. The guacamole and chips were very good and fresh. I probably won't go back. The people there are extraordinarily nice”
“Great little local bar/pub with efficient service, decent food, great music, and a vibe that's getting all too rare these days. If I lived in walking distance, I'd be there all the time.”
“I just had lunch here for the first time in awhile they renovated the pizzeria and the food is much better than the last time I ate here the co owner Tony is a good guy and his parents are good people too”
“Food, ambience, service made my husband's birthday celebration with family absolute perfection! We had been to their dister restaurant in Tribeca... this was just as wonderful! Will come back...hopefully soon❤️”
“We told our waiter Jose that it was our first time eating at Serenade. He made several recommendations. The short rib tortellini appetizer and the pork chop. He highly recommended the steak special which my husband ordered. All were delicious. We live a half hour away. We were glad we made the trip and look forward to returning. The food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding. A five star restaurant”
“I've gotten lunch here about a dozen times and I'm literally amazed at how good the sandwiches are every time. There's always parking. They have all different kinds of energy drinks and snacks, and coffee. It's a better altealterna to quick check down the street.”
“Great food, well priced, friendly staff. Never had bad food. Call ahead. They do get busy and sometimes pays off to call ahead than order at the location and have to wait longer depending on the time of day. Order before 11 am or after 1 pm and usually you are in and out pretty quickly.”
“Delicious as always. Disappointed my party wasn't able to order the lasagna and then the backup cod. Should never run out of the lasagna. Always a great meal. Will return again and again!”
“Since moving into town we tried this spot before I saw the reviews, I was kinda shocked. My family prefer our Chinese food takeout from this spot. The sesame chicken had a good balance of meat plus crunchy texture. We might pass on the beef and peppers but the beef and broccoli is a good go to. I'm a fan of the egg rolls. Overall, I'd recommend this spot. The pricing is great and for the amount of food it comes with.”
“My wife and son took me to this restaurant for dinner on my birthday. IT WAS AMAZING!! Cozy and warm are how you feel when you enter. Sonny the owner and restaurant’s namesake was professional, kind, funny, and super thoughtful- he went next door to get me a waffle and ice cream dessert and put a candle for my special day.We ordered the Samosa Sampler and right away you can taste the difference and the quality. For our main course we had white rice, Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, Railway Curry Goat, and Aloo Chick pea spinach. Also tried the plain naan, garlic naan (my personal favorite) and garlic cheese naan.Highly recommend this place for great vibe and excellent Indian food!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Vegetarian options available”
