In this case I wish there was a Negative star to give.First time here and my last!I walked in waiting to orderAnd I'm being hit By dust and dirt As one of the workers was sweeping Like I wasn't even standing there.The dirt went all over my feet Two people ask Me what I wanted to order after I already ordered!Not to mention the picture i added as sitting down eating my food staring at a box with dust and old bugs on Top of it. Lastly, as I'm eating my food, the customer behind me her food was placed on my table.Wrapped up in a bag ready to go but placed on my table As I was eating they put her food on my table and didn't even tell herher order was ready!!!!All around just horrible!!!!!

I have been a long time customer and purchase bagels for my employees every Friday . The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient . I always get the same order every time and when I enter your wonderful employee Perda knows my order and gets it ready for me me as I work in a critical care unit and have to be at work by 7. She is an amazing employee who is dedicated to her job and I look forward to her being there on Fridays ! She is truly a blessing to your store !

Every time I come to this Manhattan Bagel, Katerina is so, so helpful and friendly. The iced coffee is to die for and the bagels are fresh. Definitely one of our go-to breakfast spots.
