Absolutely terrible food and service.Every time I come here it sucks but it’s been a while so I tried again, should’ve went to Taco Bell.Barely any options bc they were out of everything. tiny portions, dry, old food. Stood there for about 10 mins while about 8 employees continued to walk past myself and another gentleman (who gave up and left) until I had to ask for assistance myself. No guest service, nasty food, dry and old. High priced for nothing. Never again.

This is by far and away the worst Panda Express I've ever been to in my life, and that's counting all the ones I've been to in over 5 different states.. There was barely any food to choose from as most of the dishes were old and dried out, or were just empty. In fact, the guy ahead of me walked out because they no almost no choices. The staff was very, very unfriendly. They were all absolutely miserable and could barely even raise their voice above a mumble. I blame all of this on the management for not training these employees properly or holding them to any level of standard.

I paid an extra 1.50 to get the Angus steak. After opening he box come to find out there was only 3 pieces of steak in there. There was a ton of veggies. I have been going to this location for a year and never really had any problems. The last few months I have been getting less and less of what I actually order. I will not be returning to this place. There is absolutely no excuse for me having to pay more money for steak and getting 90% more veggies in it.

Got there 45 minutes before closing, told me I can only chose from certain options because their kitchen was closed. Ended up getting rock hard white rice with cold teriyaki chicken. Offered no discount for the food I did not want but no choice because i drove 30 minutes just to get their food they did not end up having or even bothered to make. I worked at plenty of fast food restaurants before….never heard of them closing their kitchen 45 mins early before the store closes. Very inconsiderate to those who drive to spend $$ on their food just so they can give you what they have and it won’t be fresh!! BIG TIP: DO NOT GO THEIR 2 HOURS PRIOR TO CLOSING. YOU WILL GET SERVED END OF THE DAY FOOD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$$. Not to mention, the Hispanic ladies at drive thru were very rude because she didn’t give me time to think about what I wanted from the “options” they gave me. Sorry I didn’t know what I want because I didn’t plan on getting it anyways…
Went through drive thru and wait was over 15 min. This has happened several times. Not an acceptable wait time for a drive-thru. Get your act together please. Staff is friendly though.

Service was ok. Food tastes good but i was a bit disappointed and surprised at the same time looking at my vegetables (see pic). I had a green long unchopped stick in my food. Ambiance was ok. Washroom was clean.

Today (Dec 29, 2023), was the best experience we’ve had here. I noticed new team members and they were very friendly and inviting. Thanks for the good work ethic and customer service, Luis!!! Service is usually slow and inattentive. Not today =)

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I placed an order at 8:30 and was given pickup time for 8:50. Despite, this restaurant not closing until 9:30, I was told my order could not be fulfilled because the kitchen closed at 8:30. What is the point of even being open until 9:30?! I made my purchase via paypal so I had to deal with the whole fiasco of filing a claim advising that I didn’t receive my order because I was told nothing was available. Unacceptable.

My husband and I love Panda. The food is always good. The service has gone very downhill. We were standing there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. And there were people behind us too. The employees had horrible attitudes of course. And to add to it all, there was a mess of spilled soda all over the dining area that’s been there for who knows how long? It didn’t get cleaned up the whole time we were there. These people clearly need to start doing their jobs.

I ordered here through Uber eats a few weeks ago and they unfortunately didn’t package a portion of my meal (and Uber eats didn’t refund me so I was a bit upset). I called and told Panda Express and they were very apologetic but there wasn’t much they could do. Tonight I gave them another shot (because the food is so delicious) and ordered through Doordash. I called the store and asked if they could add the portion of the meal they missed last time to my order and the manager was incredibly gracious and agreed to make it right. I just got my meal. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. I 100% could not recommend this place more. Love this place.
