Disappointing experience. Was ignored upon entry and stood there waiting to be addressed for about five minutes while two employees made food in the back. Other customers were sitting there looking frustrated also. Left out of the restaurant (I actually had curbside delivery but entered the restaurant because the spots for curbside were both occupied) and used the app to try to get my food to no avail. I order frequently from the Haddonfield Road location. I normally order online and my order is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The pizza is always hot and delicious. I have never had any problems with an order. The staff is always professional and friendly, and the store is clean. Pizza Hut is my first choice when it comes to pizza.

This Pizza Hut is not a sit-down restaurant. I ordered by phone and picked it up. They seem to be short staffed. The last time I ordered, I received one pizza that was wrong, and they immediately corrected the order.
