This Pizza Hut is not a sit-down restaurant. I ordered by phone and picked it up. They seem to be short staffed. The last time I ordered, I received one pizza that was wrong, and they immediately corrected the order.

David is a very miserable fella and deserves to get fired. When David cooked our pizza he not only extremely overcooked it, he also got our order wrong. We asked for half plain and half pepperoni, but David decides he wants to put half broccoli and half mushrooms on our pizza pie. I have the receipt to prove it too! If you hate your job then just quit because Pizza Hut deserves better employees. ??

I always have problems at this location. My most recent problem was the online order I put in said it didn't go through. Since my card was having issues I decided to order food from somewhere else. When I looked at my account I saw my card was charged 3 times. I called the store to rectify the situation and was placed on hold 3 times! My issue was never resolved. Leave Pizza Hut alone and go to &Pizza down the street.

They messed up my order and tried to cover it up. I had ordered a double breadsticks and they instead gave me cinnamon sticks and put the garlic seasoning on top of it to try to cover their mistake. And you can't call directly it goes to a call center. I had to drive there and have them fix it. No one was there waiting except me and there's a phone that doesn't ring at all. How do you even operate like this.
The employee was very nice at the store, However the pizza was not cooked at all. Pizza here used to be good and now it's just terrible. Also When you order it goes to a call center. Nobody speaks english and they hang up on you ten times. Their call center is horrible.

Disappointing experience. Was ignored upon entry and stood there waiting to be addressed for about five minutes while two employees made food in the back. Other customers were sitting there looking frustrated also. Left out of the restaurant (I actually had curbside delivery but entered the restaurant because the spots for curbside were both occupied) and used the app to try to get my food to no avail. After about 15 minutes went back inside the restaurant and eventually got my food. Only gave more than one star given the food was fine, of course. Just terrible systems and customer service.

I order frequently from the Haddonfield Road location. I normally order online and my order is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The pizza is always hot and delicious. I have never had any problems with an order. The staff is always professional and friendly, and the store is clean. Pizza Hut is my first choice when it comes to pizza.

I'm from Connecticut & I don't think we have anymore pizza hut's around. I've searched everywhere anyways I was in town for sneakercon, saw a pizza hut & I don't regret all the yummy food I ate ? the service was awesome, there was a young woman there I forgot her name but she was super nice! I definitely would come back!
