The place was beautiful, the food was good, a little pricey but good flavor and good amount. The waiter Franklin was not friendly or polite at all, I was there with my family to celebrate my birthday and was not a good experience at all. He didn't seem to care about the customers at all.

Was able to get a relatively last-minute reservation for Easter. Although it was a holiday, the food and service were outstanding! Our server, Tatiana, was so sweet and attentive. We had Veal Parm, Filet Mignon, Caesar salad, and a margarita pizza. So delicious! We will definitely be back.

None of us had been to the restaurant before and amongst the four of us, Italian cuisine almost always offers something for everyone.We were given a booth in the corner, food was great - portions and pricing spot on, we also enjoyed the wine varieties they offered (another win, where everyone was able to find something), service was good, albeit repeatedly preoccupied with another table nearby.Nice night and nice experience.

We have patronized Toscana for at least 25 years. We celebrated family functions or dined casually. We love it ambience and decorations. We have always loved food and service. However, recently the service is not that great and a quality of food reduced significantly. This particular time four of us celebrated my husband's birthday. We were rushed through the courses as crazy. We have not yet finished our appetizers when entrees arrived. The waiter was unwelcoming and unsmiling. Potatoes and pasta were undercooked in two entrees. In one-potatoes were very salty. Salads and chicken terracota were very good though. Unfortunately, by the time we come to desert they were out of stock of our favorite desert. I know and they know that this desert is very popular. Why don't have more on Saturday night. Coffee was brought without suggestion of cream and sugar. We had to ask. Overall, not as pleasant experience as it has been in the past.

Beautiful decor and ambiance. I've been patronizing this restaurant for years. Recently quality of food has become lower. This particular server was not as great as others. But overall very nice place. The best in my area and definitely the least noisy.

I would have given five stars because our server was excellent as well as the food. However, I had made reservations a week in advance for a party of 2. We arrived on time and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. No problem, after all it was a Saturday night and quite busy. While we waited, a booth opened up and stayed unseated for a bit. After waiting for about 5 more mins, we asked if we could sit there. We were told "booths are only for a party of 4". The manager said the same thing. He went on to say "we are busy". We responded with "that's why we made reservations a week ago." We both have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. In my experience, when someone makes a reservation, a table is held for them. Also, I have never turned down a guest when they request a booth. I think the worst part was, on our way out, I saw a two top sitting at a four top table.

We have dined at Toscana dozens of times over the past few decades and are amazed at the consistent andhigh level of quality it offers. The service is friendly and solicitous. The presentation of each dish is a work of art. What a blessing to have this gem nearby. The outdoor space transforms the plaza. Waterfall, flowers, hardscaping, lighting. Gorgeous. Love the inside bar area- a great addition to a great ristorante!
