I am visiting from out of town and here with family and was looking for a good Chinese restaurant to order food from. I saw the reviews and decided to use china garden. I would've given it four stars if this service was better. The food was absolutely delicious though. When I ordered I called back to make sure I got extra sauces and the lady was very short with me on the phone. I ordered online so I paid with PayPal. When the delivery guy came with my food clearly his receipt should show that I paid for it already and he should be looking for possible tip. He looks at the receipt and looks at me and asked for money to pay for the total and I said I paid already. Be careful with them.

HORRIBLE!!!! This Chinese food restaurant is absolutely horrible. I ordered Shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce and it taste like it was watered down, as if they had regular sauce on the food and rinsed it with water and then added garlic sauce to the food. I called the restaurant back to let them know and they told me to return the next day for a refund due to the restaurant closing at 10:30pm. I returned next day at 1:30 pm the and one of the Asian cooks was extremely rude by demeanor and yelling because I wanted a refund. I was extremely professional and respectful while speaking to him, however he kept yelling. He gave me a partial refund and I questioned the reason. He said I ate a shrimp, I explained I had to taste a shrimp in order to see if the food was good, however it was watered down. While speaking to him he continued to become aggressive which prompted me to raise my voice. As soon as I matched his character he called the police. This was a horrible experience with horrible food. Plz do not give this place business.

Very nice place. Quality of food is great and portions are great prices too. They asked If you want your food in a platter. When I ordered they tell me what's in it. If they were to mess up is because I rushed my order but it doesn't happen because they are patient and caring people. I have visited 3x already and they said food be done in 10 minutes. This is magnificent "comfort food" and not that I'm willing to share, but this is the best with everything
I found a 3in hair in my fried wonton I bought a last night around 9:40pm. Clearly not mine since I'm a guy with a fade haircut. Never again will I eat here in my life

They messed up my order on a Sunday night and tried calling but they had closed. Tried calling Monday, but they were closed. I got busy and Tuesday and didnt call back til Wednesday. The manager told me that I should have called sooner than Wed. I tried to explain but she did not want to hear anything and refused to do anything for their mistake. Will drive another 2 minutes to another restaurant. You just lost one... in my Lauren Hill voice

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered two orders of chicken wings with fried rice for delivery. They delivered me two orders of chicken wings and French fries instead. Receipt said fried rice but fries were sent instead. I called to have my rice sent and they told me they would only send me the right order if I gave the fries back which are in the same container as the wings and waited another 40 minutes! I have to wait another 40 mins for food that you messed up?!? Went back and forth with them and they ended up making me send fries back to get my rice and I tipped the driver like 5 bucks because he was nice and this is what I get in return. What were they going to do with the fries? Give it to the next customer after I touched them? Gross. Be careful with ordering from here!
