I bought 24 Haitian patties to take to South Jersey. They smelled so good and looked Delicious. I bought a chicken one for me to devour. And, I did with gusto. Not feeling satisfied, I took a beef one out of the box and demolished it. Yum, yum, yum!!! And, WHAT A FEELING!!!
Just walked in and the line is at the door ( good sign). I was referred by a friend to stop by this diamond in a rough bakery. I had a beef pattie that was to die for. The flakiness of the first bite was dreamy. Im in total aww of the authentic flavor of the dough.. Although it can use a little more meat, Im absolutely impressed with this place. I will be leaving with a dozen of these bad boys. Stay tuned for an update.

I'm in love!!!! What a lovely bakery, and what kind women behind the counter. Went for the first time this morning for patties, as a friend of mine goes frequently & never shared any with me. Lol! Now I know why. I had the chicken and fish patties. They were excellent! So flaky and fresh, perfect amount of spice in the fillings. Only wish there was more filling in each, but no worries. Will be back often. Cash only operation. I got 4 patties for 5$!!! Amazing in this economy.
