My daughter got food poisoning. After receiving the wrong order then returning to get food.. a spicy royal chicken sandwich was uncooked. She only took a couple of bites.

The other night came thru drive thru the lady like we don’t have any food it wasn’t even 11:30 . Tonight 3/15/24 it’s 11:21 not a word I sit there then I pull to window not a soul in sight . This is horrible you close at 11 so what do they just hide in the office ?? Horrible service can’t even get a whopper if I tried .

Terrible. They straight up will just ignore you in the drive-through. They take way too long to prepare food. They will make you wait in a different spot to skirt their rules about how long they can take on an order. Absolutely trash service.

We ordered a few things. We tried getting a couple of biscuit breakfast sandwiches. After we paid the woman working there let us know they were freezer burned and she couldn't serve them which we appreciated. She said she'd give us an extra order of hash browns. They weren't in the bag. Got two of the bacon, sausage, ham croissants, one with egg one without . Neither had egg on them.

This location has never failed to be the least impressive experience I’ve ever had at any Burger King in my life. Food is always cold. ALWAYS.!! Order is NEVER correct EVERRR!!! They never report to the app when things are out of stock so you don’t get ur food AND u get no refund when ordering on the app. And if you call there to speak to anyone about the problems no one will ever answer the phone. I’ve paid for soooo many items that I’ve never received from this establishment. What a waist of time and waist of a lot of money and expectation on my part. Burger King will never get my business again. I’m over the mistreatment.
I've been coming here for years it's a very good restaurant. Was here earlier today and it was a lil busy but the people behind the counter were very helpful. The young man cooking in the back was really trying his best to make sure everybody got what they needed, very respectable worker. 5 stars thru and thru.Kid-friendliness: I came in here with a kid once and they did not mind.
This is what other Burger King locations should look up to. Many BK locations in the area are or are becoming very run down. This location by contrast stands out above the rest in every measure. It has a very traditional and unassuming exterior but inside is quite nice and well kept. Staff was friendly and service was very quick with our entire order being correct. The indoor playground was amazing for the kids to go play in. They even include USB chargers at many of the tables. This is a great BK location.

This place is the best and my daughters always ask to go to hamburger king (as they call it). They love to play in the indoor play land and always other kids for them to make friends. I can eat my food and theirs while they are playing. Win win! Highly
Restaurant was very clean, food was good. But the employees were over the top rude. They actually went out of their way to be rude to my son and me. We placed our order, we were very friendly, but the young lady who took our order appeared angry that we were there. Then the gentleman (maybe the manager?) slammed our food on the counter when it was ready. My son, visibly shaken, asked what we did wrong, why were they mad at us? I couldn't answer his question, except to say maybe they were having a bad day. There are other burger King locations, my family and I will frequent those.

Horrible, I ordered my burgers off the grill, not out of the warmer. Of course, they took them out of the warmer. I refused them & they now made them fresh off the grill. I then saw the worker put them in the microwave. Freshly grilled and then immediately microwaved. The manager said they microwave them because people complain they are not hot enough off the grill. I asked for my money back.
