Keeping in mind, that Cannon's is the only storefront for the extensive selection of quality candy making supplies, it's acceptable. However, I just bought a pkg of white chocolate that was old, and didn't melt/process, as it should. Considering the price, it seems unfair to not know the age of the chocolate, as it does have a shelf life. Also, they won't process a credit transaction, without assessing a 3.8% fee back to YOU. AND, don't forget you mask... the sign says "Yes, you still need a mask.... Even my Dr doesn't require it, anymore.
