I went into this smoothie king this morning 02/11/24 around 11:00 AM. When I walked in there was 1 employee working making orders and 2 customers waiting for their orders. While I was waiting to order another customer walked in and stood behind me in line. We waited until the employee finished making her current orders and thought she would then get to us. Instead the employee didn't even acknowledge us, turned her back to us and started rinsing out blenders (there were plenty of clean blenders available). We stood there and continued to wait until she was finished with that hoping she would then take our order or even acknowledge us. Instead she continued to ignore us and started fiddling with the fruit. We both (customers) finally said something to her. She said she was by herself with an attitude. We both advised we see she's by herself but she could have at least acknowledged us, she proceeded to argue with us and her exact words to us was "oh well". Thats when we both decided to walk out and we informed the employee we will be contacting management. Customer service was absolutely terrible and I will not be returning to this location.

Mary encouraged us to Not get bowls because they are hard to make and she was in the middle of a rush. While it’s understood she was Alone said rush, to tell customers not to get something is crazy. She also held up all the receipts to orders she had yet to make and complained about being busy. Feb 11 1:36 pm. Was our first experience so probably not coming back

it all started with enjoying a strawberry banana smoothie. Now I add this location as a part of my work weed routine. Monday thru Friday before a long day at work i come grab my smoothie to replace my meal and get all of my protein, vitamins and calories in. You are guaranteed to see Jasmine, Jada or Sam EVERY MORNING during the week. Mobile orders are always ready when i walk in and they always recognize me and chat about my day before work, thanks ladies!

The amount of CAP people doing in the good reviews ?? the manager Jasmine is never there managing the store and extremely unprofessional talking about employees to other employees like first off aren’t you the manager? And that’s the example your setting ? ??♀️??♀️ Not to mention everyone who works there are mostly teenagers whom Jazmine, the store manager leaves only two teens to close down the store alone and unsupervised at night. Staff definitely needs the appropriate training that they so desperately need but clearly are not receiving. Smoothies and bowls have zero flavor. Very unsanitary and it seems the staff lack basic people skills. Very rude and unprofessional. Clearly no home training either because they will be eating and drinking while taking and making orders but that’s cool and whoever owns this place clearly has the same mindset as the ones managing and working there because nothing changes so enter at your own risk and don’t say nobody didn’t warn you

Love this location. I have been to other locations and this one is clean and the staff is attentive. this is the only location in which I can order and know that it is consistent. It is always good. The staff is very welcoming and the Manager at the location is always willing to go beyond.

5 stars all hands down and my favorite employee here would have to be Jasmine C. She went so above and beyond to the point where I'll always leave smoothie king with a smile on my face and I can't forget the fact that she's really pretty too so to say the least I will definitely be coming back ??
