Parking: I was picking up a delivery there is plenty of parking the line for pickup was really long delete timers like 20 to 25 minutes which is ridiculousWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have in front of the door

If I could give zero starts , I would. I absolutely cannot stand this Wendy’s location or their employees. They are very lazy, inconsiderate one people’s time, rude and have the nerve to NEVER get the order correct when they take 20-30 minutes to do EVERY SINGLE. No joke. It takes each car 10-15 mins just to be recognized at the speaker !!! It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I just recently got fired because the manager wants to have a Mandingo party and is very unfair to her female workers. I’ve got written up multiple times for the same thing another male has done but nothing happens to the males. If you want to be treated fairly DONT work here. They do not care about workers rights. On top of that, all she does is sit in her office and do nothing all day unless the district manager is there, and she also sucks. They both are very insecure and cannot run an establishment. Also the lemonades and frosty have mold and the chili is made with old meat.

Waited in line for quite a while for to order then waited longer to pay and then waited longer for the food. I guess new people were being trained. But the worst part of all was the food. It was cold and stale. If I had still been at the location when I open the food I definitely would have returned it. It wasn't worth the gas to go back though. Will never go there again.

Lightning God

Staff and management changed. Went from a good place to terrible. They have messed up my order the last 3 times I have went. From missing items, flat Panko fish patties and this time half a flat chicken patty. Mostly seems around dinner time. Avoid.

I have lived within 2 miles of this Wendy's for the past 10 years. I have NEVER gotten a correct order. I should've just written them off entirely instead of occasionally giving them a chance. Even when I call their corporate office to complain and ask to talk to some sort of manager to voice my concern, they give me an empty promise of a call back.Avoid this store. Just go to Deptford and order from there.

They move VERYYYYY slow here , there’s a white tall heavier set male that is very rude here as well. Always has an attitude. Each car in drive thru took 15 minutes at the speaker (no exaggeration) there is always an issue with this Wendy’s.

I ordered 2 chicken burritos and I got two empty tortillas slapped together in a wrapper. I called their number and its perpetually busy like someone took the phone off the hook. So I took it a step further and called your corporate office in Ohio and reported your location for poor service. You lost a customer who ordered weekly. Shame on you.
