Decent food. Could use a bit of variety in choices of food. Portions have always been a very good size. Once in a while the Modongo can be off tasting and/or too salty. need more empanadas available.
This mornig, I have touched moment when I met owner's husband in the grocery store. When I parked the cart bloked the packing lot, and Ian moved it right away even though he loaded his packages. I really appreciated , I think this restaurant added lots of kindness and warm heart when they cooked. Thank u again Ian. June 15 2023.

Extremely kind family-run business that I've known from the Dyckman location. They took care of a large catering order that I had on short notice and the food was amazing as always. The other locations for John's in Jersey are good - but this location in Cliffside Park is the best.
