Been going here nearly every morning for a while now. The past 3 months have been awful. The staff have no urgency with time. They ask you 5x as you wait what you got and it’s still always wrong. This morning was the worst I’ve ever seen it. If they need more help then hire more. The girl doing the food looked miserable and was very annoyed when people simply asked about order names being in the system as they waited prior to me. Everything is on point. i just wish that the younger ppl that worked there talked to the older lady who works there in a nicer way with a little bit more respect! She made a mistake where she made me a hot coffee instead of an iced, and they got more upset than i did like its not that serious, and when someone is already confused and u start yelling and getting at them guess what happens? This Dunkin Donuts is beautiful. They have a fireplace and has a nice vibe.They have a few single couches and a table in the center. This Dunkin Donuts is clean and the staff is friendly. I live in Jersey City and I will always drop by here before work and sometimes just of the way because it's such a nice atmosphere.
