This Dunkin Donuts is beautiful. They have a fireplace and has a nice vibe.They have a few single couches and a table in the center. This Dunkin Donuts is clean and the staff is friendly. I live in Jersey City and I will always drop by here before work and sometimes just of the way because it's such a nice atmosphere.

Received extremely rude and disrespectful treatment from the middle aged man working the register this afternoon (12/3/23). I was having issues redeeming my free coffee with the app, and he started becoming impatient and irritable. I finally decided to just pay for it instead. He insulted me for not knowing the difference between an iced coffee and iced latte. Then he made an impolite remark when I asked for a little more oat milk. Finally, he complained and gave an insulting response when I asked for artificial sweetener, which was behind the counter instead of being next to the self serve station with the sugar. I have never and probably would never be treated this way by a Starbucks employee. I would not recommend this location.

The service was so nasty I had to leave a review. They got my order wrong I asked nicely for it to be fixed, she put the wrong cream on and proceeded to try and scoop it out with a spoon and place another on top. I told her I would prefer her not to do that and the white older lady ( I did not get a name) rolled her eyes and proceeded to be nasty. She proceeded to make my coffee again and made it wrong again, got nasty with me again.

Been going here nearly every morning for a while now. The past 3 months have been awful. The staff have no urgency with time. They ask you 5x as you wait what you got and it’s still always wrong. This morning was the worst I’ve ever seen it. If they need more help then hire more. The girl doing the food looked miserable and was very annoyed when people simply asked about order names being in the system as they waited prior to me. Not sure I’ll be stopping at this location anymore. I’m very understanding about under staffed places however at least be kind to customers and communicate you’re just behind with orders instead of having us standing around.
