After eating here twice and trying 4 different dishes I can say is well worth your money good prices , flavour and good portions. Tried some of the bakery stuff also good.

I am utterly dismayed and deeply dissatisfied with the abysmal customer service experience I recently encountered at Hornitos Bakery. As loyal customers who have frequented your establishment for some time while in school, I am appalled by the complete lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by your staff.My visit to your restaurant on 4/5/24 left me feeling not only disappointed but also disrespected. I ordered a small hot chocolate, expecting a certain level of quality and service that your establishment supposedly prides itself on. However, what I received was not only subpar but also completely unacceptable.The beverage I was served was disgusting and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with indifference and apathy. Instead of acknowledging the issue and taking steps to rectify it, I was brushed off and told that there was nothing that could be done. To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory beverage, I was outright refused.This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive value for my money and to be treated with respect and courtesy. It is clear that Hornitos Bakery has failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed and disillusioned by this experience. I had always held your restaurant in high regard, but after this incident, I can no longer in good conscience continue to patronize your establishment. It is truly unfortunate that a once-beloved dining spot has fallen so far from grace.In conclusion, I urge you to seriously reconsider your approach to customer service and satisfaction. Refusing to issue a refund for a small beverage may seem trivial to you, but to me, it speaks volumes about the lack of integrity and accountability within your organization. Until I see meaningful changes in how customers are treated, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The first time I went, everything was very delicious, excellent service. But I went two days ago and the truth is I didn't like the pork rinds. It seems like they had fried it with fish oil. It had a very strong smell. Be careful to use the right oil. The meat empanada was more or less. I think the oil has an influence. refuse the oil my opinion thanks

Nice people, nice vibe. I'm a vegetarian and this place doesn't have vegetarian options. I could only get guacamole and sweet plantain, both tasted good though.They do charge a 15% service charge even if it's just 1 person and cc fee is additional too, I found that odd.

if i could give them zero stars i would…. they denied me access to the bathroom multiple times. When i asked why they told me i needed to purchase a item in order to be able to use the restroom.

Muy mal servicio, me dieron mi orden incompleta, debi regregar por lo que me hacia falta, al regresar me cobraron nuevamente por usar mi tarjeta debito( me cobraron dos veces por usar la tarjeta). Luego me di cuenta que habia pedido panes con dulce de leche y me los dieron con guayaba, pedi empanadas de un sabor y me las pusieron de otro. Y la panaderia esta completamente desocupada, asi que no hay escusa. Ya habia tenido malas experiencias en este lugar, regrese por la cercania, pero realmente no vale la pena comprar alli.
