Easily the best tasting Italian ice I've ever had and it is a clean and nice place. The hours can be a little weird sometimes but it's run by the owners who have been around a long time and are always super nice to me and the kids whenever we come in. PLEASE DONT CONFUSE THIS PLACE WITH THE IMPOSTER SLOT THAT OPENED ACROSS THE STREET CALLING THEMSELVES THE "original". We went there once by accident and we're severely disappointed.
We are not the hot dogs and the food and the establishment is I think the finest it could be. There's a married older polish couple there and their food is excellent Italian ices chips candy the hot dogs are out of this world and cooked onions are fabulous. The meatball sandwich is also incredible.
