delicious hot dogs with sauerkraut!!
Passed this hot dog stand numerous times and finally gave it a try. It's located in a historic building in the Athenia section of Clifton. The offerings were standard hot dog fare. I ordered (1) with onions and mustard, (1) with kraut and mustard, (1) with chili, cheese, raw onions and mustard. They served the Sabrettes hot dogs in the casings and they were all pretty good. You can’t really go wrong with hotdogs, nachos, and granita. This meal was nostalgic, boiled, not fried, hotdog is my preference. Topped with relish and ketchup. Yum…But the granita stole the limelight. I had their lemon granita and it was so good and consistency was on point.
