I grew up having beefsteak on our deck a few times each summer with my family and friends. For many years my father, Edmund Dabagian, worked for the Nitingale Catering Company. He was able to purchase the loins directly from the caterer. I don't know if that's common. Does Nitingale still own the company?
Great quality I’m a former employee with nightingale hands-down the owners of the company Rob and Bob nice individuals really kind care about their employees haven’t worked there for a while but I’ve been to a few beef steaks since then the beef always fresh waiters always on their toes and Rob always making sure each customer is concerns is taken care of highly recommend this catering company for any event anyone may have!

Rob has done multiple beefsteaks for me over the years. The food is always top notch! Everyone always asks who did the beefsteak and compliment the quality and flavor. Having run a number of non profit/charity events over the years, Rob is by far the easiest to work with, and when Mrs. Nightingale is at your job, you know your job is going to run super smooth from the catering side of things.
