I did a pickup in store purchase for a Christmas gift not even a hour later they sent me out a email saying they don't have the item in stock but when I go online it states it's in stock and that they have 7 of the same items same shoe size now I have to wait until the 29TH to receive the item I contacted customer service and nothing was done for the inconvenience I will never order pick up again this is the second time they have done that to me everyone says target is better...read full review
Prices are comparable to other stores depending on the item. They are usually stocked with everything you need for the home. Fluctuation of prices are similar to Amazon. The store has gotten pretty dirty within the last few years. Also, some people walk out with items and aren't stopped while the rest of us wait on very long lines to buy the smallest things. Theft has made the prices rise along with the current inflation. The worst part of all, NO ONE answers the guest services...read full review
