Ordered one of their bowls, choosing grilled teriyaki chicken (did not want to pay extra $1.75 for my preference of shrimp), green vegetables (got mostly white part of cabbage) and chow mein noodles for almost $12.00. Broccoli cooked perfectly. Service was good, quantity was minimal in small container considering high price; and unfortunately, I was expecting chicken breast meat, as what is typically supplied ordering from other restaurants' menus. Was served thigh meat, which I never eat, some pieces looked "fatty." I did not consume more of the meat after first bite, realizing I was served dark meat. Very disappointed in my first meal at Panda Express. Wish I had gone to Subway

Sunday January 21 2024 at 9:30 am. Before I placed my order, I mentioned the lo mein looked dry. He assured me after stirring them they weren’t dry. I also ordered orange chicken. My husband ordered grilled chicken and rice. Both dishes were highly disappointing. My noodles were indeed dry and the orange chicken tasted like it was from yesterday not fresh. My husband didn’t like his chicken because he said it was unseasoned which is probably normal but he doesn’t like it. The customer service was good. The food quality wasn’t.
