06:30 and already running a few minutes late, I tried calling by phone to Cresskill Hot Bagels to place an order for my team. No answer. Called again, no answer. Upon arrival, door is open and lights are on, but nobody at counter. Noone else in the shop. Worker emerges from kitchen. I give my order as the door opens and another customer enters. In Spanish, they great each other and he orders a dozen bagels. As the worker takes his order first, I walk out. That's how you lose a customer for life. Cabrón

If I could give 0 stars I would. The price doesn't match the food. Why am I paying $10 for a sandwich with 1 piece of turkey bacon, 1 egg and 1 slice of cheese. And on top of that the workers are extremely rude. This place used to be the spot to be, now it's the place not to be. Please go anywhere else....like maybe Dunkin or something.

Great bagels but they charge you more than the prices on their board. The board says a bagel with lox/CC spread is $4.99 but when I checked out they charged me $5.99+tax. I pointed out the price on the board to the cashier and he said "that's for the mini bagel." I asked where it said mini bagel and he said "that's for the mini bagel." You're free to charge me what you want, I just ask that you be upfront about it.
