Great bagels but they charge you more than the prices on their board. The board says a bagel with lox/CC spread is $4.99 but when I checked out they charged me $5.99+tax. I pointed out the price on the board to the cashier and he said "that's for the mini bagel." I asked where it said mini bagel and he said "that's for the mini bagel." You're free to charge me what you want, I just ask that you be upfront about it.
This place literally made my day, I usually have someone at work pick up a group order of bagels, lox, and cream cheese. Today I chose to be that person, and what a wonderful experience it was. Everyone behind the counter was smiling, laughing, and showed genuine interest in getting to know a new face. Like they say, the food wins you over but the customer service is what keeps you coming back.
