Staff in kitchen, coffee station and register were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by for dinner in the middle of a long highway drive on Mar 31 at 6:30pm. Thanks to all.

I gave atmosphere, only 3 stars, because the iced tea was rancid and the lemon slice bin needed some cleaning out.

Please get rid of the new cinnamon buns that feel and taste like dry sawdust and bring back the moist gooy ones.

The worst Panera ever. Came here twice. The first time the employees were so unprofessional. Cursing and being really loud. I felt bad for the one kid who was actually working. The second time I drove all the way there just to use my gift card and of course their system was down so I couldn’t use it. The deptford location is the worst.

My first time there was a good experience, though my second time there wasn't good at all. I felt a bad vibe from some of the employees. In addition to that, the sealing had a few leaks above the drink machines, which is a bad area to have leaks from above. I tried bringing that up to one of the employees, yet she rudely ignored me. Her attitude increased my negative opinion that I was getting of this place, while on my second visit to this location. I love Panera Bread, yet this specific store needs help!

Service was great. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel. Boyfriend got a ham egg and cheese on a cinnamon sugar bagel. My only complaint is how thin and insubstantial the egg is in the sandwich. Also got and everything but the kitchen sink cookie, which was delicious. Would have been perfect if it was warm.

Breakfast items consistently out of stock when trying to mobile order. Can never order food here if it's not available. Other locations don't seem to have this issue but I'm literally spending my money with any other company that isn't 6 miles away.

First time at a Panera since the late 2000’s. Depressing how different the quality is. The location is run down and dirty.

We stopped here for lunch and lattes. After making many mistakes and sending the food back three times we wound up with a decent lunch and a yummy latte. The service is slow and not very effective.Wheelchair accessibility: These restaurants always have enough room for me to navigate with my electric scooter or walker.

food is great most of the time, but the managers can be pretty rude and I've seen them hound the employees a lot . it's definitely not okay

On many occasions that I visited this location only because it’s near my home, they have messed up on numerous orders. For instance, I order a green goddess Cobb salad with chicken… There’s no chicken, one time there was even a piece of hair in it, which they did refund me my money. I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, there’s no cheese or any condiments on it just a piece of chicken and bread… They have incompetent workers. The customer service is terrible.
