“I went there tonight for the second time and the food was delicious. I felt like I was eating at my grandmas house in the country side with fresh food and handmade tortillas. My two kids really enjoyed the food and the service is better than most places in Dover. Overall, I give them a 5 star.”

“Had dinner on 6/2/22. We had a party of 9 all together. Sat in the back room. Both the food and the server were fantastic. Sorry I didn't get her name. Come here maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Never disappointed!!”

“I walked in out of the blue. The place is quiet and unassuming. I was greeted as I approached the counter. They were very, very welcoming. After a little bit it was like we knew each other well. They made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good with lots of flavor. My order came out relatively quick. We talked and I watched the game (MTY vs AME). I had a great experience and was very impressed with this place. I highly recommend anyone give it a try. Also, prices are very good and worth every penny!”

I moved to NYC in 2000 and would drive to pick up a pie and when visiting my parents as it's a must stop when in NJ, still! Unfortunately, I live in PA now and trust me, there's no true pizza here! Well, guess a trip in Sping to Dover is needed!”

“This is literally the divvy-est bar in all of NJ. Possibly America.I was shocked to find soap in the bathroom tbh. But it was amazing. This place is where dreams are made. This is what Karl Marx and other less aggressive socialists wrote about. This is a place where we can all come together despite your socioeconomics, education, or any other dividing factors and just be. Amazing. I’d give this place 6 out of 5 stars.Also, karaoke every other week.”

“A must try especially if you are near Dover, NJ. Wonderful ice cream selection-coconut & mango were enjoyed today...best around! Took a pint of coconut home, difficult to find. Friendly & attentive customer service! Family owned & opearting business-seating indoor and outdoor! Great experience-we'll definitely be back! Encourage all to check Dover Scoops and Brews out!”

“First time here and we loved it! Wings were perfect. Pizza was thin and crispy. Rigatoni was tasty. Best cappuccino I have had outside of Italy. Our bartender, Melissa, was really nice. Music was great. Overall a great experience and we will be back!!”

“If you want real tacos come here. I ordered the tacos al pastor and when they were ready I went to add spice, cilantro, and onion to my liking. The spice is strong haha. I love the food, my brother ordered tacos birrias. I highly recommend you go to this restaurant the next time you crave tacos/Mexican food!”

Well, I visited this place with a lot of expectations since I'm coming from a really distant place (Alaska) food was delicious, I had the Pollo con Tajadas (Chicken with green banana chips) and Sopa de Res (Beef Soup) both were great, I just wish the portion for the chicken could have been a little bit more, but other than that it was great! They have imported Coca Cola which was wonderful! Totally recommended!”

“I really like this restaurant. I like to sit at the tables and seats next to the windows where I can see everything that happens in the corner...the waitresses are very friendly and the service is fast. The coffee is always fresh. I really enjoy the simplicity of the place, without culinary pretensions, Mexican food for Mexicans, simple and delicious in my opinion, without DRAMA (by the way, I'm Colombian). The prices are definitely very reasonable.
One star reviews are a joke! What are you expecting to find all these 'Drama queens' and 'Karens' in a small traditional Mexican restaurant in Dover NJ? The people are definitely toast!”

“I tried the cheese croissant at someone’s house and it was to die for. Went to the restaurant and got an assortment of empanadas and they were okay. The service was fantastic, all of the workers tried helping me one way or another. They also have fast service which I was extremely content with! I’ve been back a few times and each time I go the empanadas are hard especially the corn ones. They taste good, but it’s not the freshest.”

“I would love to come back! I came with 6 friends and the food was fantastic. Between the 6 of us we tried 5 different dishes. I don't remember what they all were, but everything was delish! I got the ceviche pescado and loved it. And my partner got the bistec encebollado, which was amazing. The service was really good too, and when we didn't know what the Peruvian beverage they offered us was, they gave us a free sample :) it was delicious. Would definitely come again!”

“Overall experience was pretty good. The reason for the 4 stars was the temperature of the food. Rice tasted cold & and a bit hard. My mother-in-law had to get her plate re-warmed, and even then, it wasn't to her liking, but she just dealt with it anyway as we were on a bit of a time crunch. Don't get me wrong, the majority of the food was delicious, except for the Papa La Huancaina, which was lacking in flavor. That was disappointing as it is one of our favorite dishes. Overall, everyone was full and satisfied.”

“They were a bit backed at lunch, perhaps short staffed and working on an order of 25 sandwiches, but we pulled over after the drive thru, waited no more than 5 minutes and they brought out our meal for 4. The chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious and way better than anything at Chick Fil-A especially if you like a little paprika and zest to your meal. The size of the chicken on the bun was enormous! The fries were warm and crispy. I think they are properly staffed, them I would go here over any other far good option.”
