“Most of us ordered the Sirloin Steak. It came out on a hot plate with rice and potatoes on another plate. The steak was quite large and was very juicy. Chimichurry sauce was also very good. The steak cut wasn't the best, but that's the nature of Sirloin. Overall, I enjoyed it. I would probably serve chimichurry sauce in a different type of container (instead of a plastic cup)“
“I was nervous at first, but they really proved me wrong. The soup was homemade and delicious. The dinner, a steak with onions, rice, and a salad was excellent. The salad was a great surprise because it was not on the menu and most Spanish restaurants don't give one with a meal. Service and prices were good too. Will definitely go back.“

I use to bring my mother here she was hard to please and as soon as I would pick her up from the train station she would glance over to me and ask are we headed to Tierras y Sabores and proclaimed no trip to NJ is complete without going to eat at Tierras.“
