“Last year I stopped for ice cream and was so disappointed with my order. We had been going to Jeffreeze for over 22 years. I wrote a negative review that day and heard back from the owner Dennis offering a gift card to be left for me to allow them to correct my order. I have been back several times last year and today marked my 2nd trip for 2024. I have never picked up that gift card I feel it was just a bad day for the person at the counter back last year. Today the ice cream was outstanding as usual, the service perfect.“

“I first saw a post on FaceBook that was showcasing the Ube ice cream and I knew I had to go!! I love anything Ube and Pandan... gives me a feeling of home (and yes I'm Filipina) . I've always seen Kohrs ice cream when I'm visiting my husbands fam at Point Pleasant but never seen these flavors before, so i was intrigued! This location is completely different that the other ones... still a part of their family but they've ventured off with their own unique flavors. First off, customer service is top notch! I wanted to make sure they still had the Ube and Pandan flavor available for when i made the hour trip out. I messaged them on FB and they replied fairly quickly! So thank you for that!! Got confirmation and off I went! Well worth the drive! Ice cream flights are such a great idea! I mean for someone who wants to try a bunch before committing... these flights are for you! They always have new incoming flavors... you just wanna keep coming back! Wish you guys were closer.. wanna expand to Cherry Hill hehe?! Ohhh and they also have other food options including lumpia! Must get them! They remind me of my moms :-) YUM! Thank you for the hospitality! I will definitely be back and bring more people with!“

“I OFTEN FREQUENT Barnegat Bay Ice Cream! In my opinion they have the best ice cream & so many options to choose from! There a small FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS & are some of the KINDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET! Their ice cream is not only DELICIOUS BUT RIDICULOUSLY FAIRLY PRICED❤️‍? “We visited during the off season when things settle down.- One of few ice cream spots open long hours- Dairy, non-dairy and egg-free options - Good ice cream and sorbet, cakes are so cool! - Service was reasonable and accommodating to everyone's questions and requests - Not much seating but everyone seems to rest up wherever they feel comfortable outside Support local and patron this cute ice cream shop on this beautiful island!“

“Seriously the best tasting cupcakes I have ever eaten. My son usually eats a few bites and then is done. He demolished his cupcake. The woman working there was so nice. She put a candle in my cupcake when I told her it was my birthday. They rave about ice cream on LBI but this place will be a must stop every time I visit going forward!“

“So glad this location has inside seating now! I real plus for the “not so nice” days when it’s pouring rain. The servers are always pleasant and get our order correct here, and they always have our favorite flavors in stock. Parking is plentiful and it’s easy to get in and out.“

“The couple who owns this are the absolute sweetest and went above and beyond in making sure we had what we need. We are also dairy free so to not only be able to order vegan ice cream but to have SEVENTEEN homemade choices was fantastic. It was also the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. “We were in a pinch . Needed a seating fir 8 on St. Pattys. Sweet Jennys said if you can get here in 10 min. We can sit you. I might say we needed to be out because of a dance recital time line. SJ.
